A well maintained hotel with a wonderfully attentive staff

8/10 Very good

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent rooms and good facilities. The only letdown is the location - not in an ideal place, a bit rundown and a 15 mins walk from the closest train/metro which to walk to isn't the most enjoyable. Probably an excellent spot if you rent a car, but public transport is lacking.

Everything about the property was excellent! Don’t let the surrounding area influence you, this is an amazing hotel! Also, don’t miss the opportunity for dinner at the rooftop restaurant!

I stayed at this hotel twice. The first night we stayed, the hotel wasn't that impressive to us. We stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room, and the bathroom upon our entry smelled like pee and did not seem clean to us and the room was a little stuffy. The next time we stayed, it was a whole LOT better. We stayed in the Family Quadruple Room and it was very spacious, with a view of a little garden, it was very clean, and very comfortable. A little consistency would go along way. Either way, the breakfast was delicious!

The room itself and the facilities before the room were all kept immaculately clean. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. It is in the commercial/business district, which is great if you want to be closer to Naples airport, but they do offer a shuttle several times a day to get into Naples city center and there is an onsite restaurant and coffee bar. Be sure to check out the spa services as there are a lot of great options available.

Property was convenient. Neighborhood was a little sketchy would return if I needed the location to be the reason I stayed. It was unclear about the usage of the bar upstairs and the hotel management was quite helpful and the room was quite clean.

Had an excellent stay here. It’s slightly outside of Naples centre, but we knew that when booking. The breakfast, top floor restaurant/bar and spa were all lovely. Also a nice touch having a mini gym in the deluxe room. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Naples.

Hotel looked clean and modern, staff were very professional and accommodating. Just the area where the hotel is located does not look best to a first time visitor but I still recommend this hotel to try if you are trying to explore the hidden beauty of Naples

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Our room was clean and very lovely. The location was in a bit far off of the main tourist area but they did provide transportation to the area more know for tourists.

Gold Tower was amazing! It was our first time in Italy celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary and i have nothing bad to say ! It was very clean and staff was always so welcoming and helpful. I’m a breastfeeding mom and although the rooms only had mini fridges , they had no issue properly storing my milk in their freezer during my week stay. The bars, breakfast and restaurant were beautiful and they had great food & awesome drinks . even the DJ played good music. We did the spa a day before leaving and it was so gorgeous and relaxing. Reading a book in the garden was awesome! Great place to stay and 7 minute scooter ride from the train station

All of the staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was with a very comfortable bed and spotless. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast which had a good choice for all and plenty of it. Couldn’t fault our stay
