We had a very nice day, starting with Jen at the front desk. She was extraordinarily helpful, changing our room to one that we had better access to. Our room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and breakfast was very nice as well.

Good experience
Most of the staff were very friendly and nice. Everywhere was exceedingly clean, even emergency stair exit. The bed was super comfortable with soft wonderful sheets. The air system was easy to adjust. There was a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. My only request for the future would be to have a non-dairy milk option. The price was good. The building condition could use some minor touch-ups but it was fine. I have stayed there before and would stay there again. Thank you for a very good experience.
