The hotel is no cheap and yet the rooms are very small (we upgraded to a superior marina view room with balcony) and expected something more spacious. There’s not even room for bedside tables instead all you things - phones, watch, water etc need to go in a 2 inch deep space inset into an already small cupboard. There’s nowhere to put cases and the balcony is pretty small. The bathroom is poorly designed and the shower door is floor to ceiling so you can’t really put a towel on the floor to keep it dry. The location is right on the marina but even here it’s probably too close as the view is obscured by the boats and there are always vans going up and down. On the plus side, the hotel is clean and stylish, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast pretty good but overall we thought the hotel did not offer good value for the money we paid. When we checked out, we were not even asked whether we enjoyed our stay. Disappointing experience

We were greeted as we came off the ferry and escorted the very short distance to the hotel, given a glass of prosecco to enjoy while we checked in. Their included breakfast is wonderful. We had dinner here one night and the steak was cooked to perfection.
