The staff were all so amazing and really tried hard to help me change rooms to a quieter area. However, nothing was available as the hotel was fully booked. Nonetheless, the front desk girls were all super nice. The hotel feels new and clean, the rooms are a good size. Nice bathroom. Great location.

It is always a daunting task to book a hotel without ever seeing it. I have stayed in Miami more than 4 times and had stayed at various hotels. This by far has been the best one and will continue to book this hotel for future stays. The location is perfect and the rooms are great. The rooftop pool is an added bonus as well. I will see you next time.

Great location the bathroom was spacious. I didn’t know that the property has two buildings so that confused me. Try getting a room with some type of view. I missed not having any type of view, only a brick wall.
