Enjoyable stay
Lovely staff who were really accommodating with booking tango and taxis. We felt the lobby was grander than the rooms, rooms possibly a little small and outdated but comfortable enough. The choice at breakfast was a little minimal. Great location!

Excellent well located hotel
Was very impressed - value for money this was by far the best place we stayed at in Argentina. The hotel was excellent for a family of 5, especially given the price; the area is very pleasant and safe.

Great location
I stayed with a friend in the Bel Air for five nights in total over two occasions. It is in a smart location with easy access to great shops and a variety of eateries. The wifi was not great in the bedrooms but fine in the reception and bar area. The computer available for guest's use needs an upgrade - windows 7 just did not help us much! Some staff might have made us feel more welcome on arrival (this is comparing it to the welcome we got in the other three locations) and the breakfast was poor. The coffee machine was not plumbed in and had reservoirs that had to be filled in manually under the table. The quality of the coffee was not great either and the fresh fruit salads were of poor quality using fruit that was definitely past its best. All the hotels provide ham (reformed) and (plastic) cheese which was not to our taste but other guests seemed to eat it. The bar was a great idea for a swift beer after a day walking in the heat and that was a big plus over the other hotels of similar quality we stayed in. However all this said I would stay there again for its location and bar!
