Rude staff won’t stay again
Warning - using the free wifi, you might be charged for enhanced Wi-Fi. Unbeknownst to me one of my young children must have clicked a button for it. I saw a credit card charge a week later, I called to see what the “incidental” was since I had to plunge my own toilet (slow flow toilet could not handle much to) on the trip and wait an hour for a plunger I didn’t expect any issues. I left the room perfectly fine. Watch out they will not take the charge off. I have opened a dispute. Not a huge charge but it’s ridiculous that it’s that easy to purchase something like that. There is NO NEED for enhanced Wi-Fi when you have their free Wi-Fi. I did not notice any difference. When I called they would not credit or fix they said it was too late. Horrible customer service on their part. Also if you try and ask what’s holding up the plunger from arriving to your room taking an hour you will be told it’s not been an hour! No sorry just almost an hour… sorry but 45-50 minutes waiting for a plunger and then having to do it myself is ridiculous. It’s not like I was waiting for a maintenance man. They need to work on apologizing for inconveniences instead of just yelling or telling you there’s nothing that can be done. Their hotel is an ok stay but I won’t stay again based on now 2 negative interactions with rude staff.
