Overall our stay was great! They staff pays attention to details and was very attentive. They could not be any friendlier. The food and view from the rooftop area was great! The hotel was also very close to the beach and shops which was very nice! Our only issues was the noise from the nearby venues that played music until 11pm. You could hear this from the room still. The rooms could be updated a bit. Never was able to fill the tub up as it took forever. And the floor seemed like it could be cleaned a bit more. But otherwise everything else seemed to be on par for our stay.

Had a wonderful stay here. The Dedari suite was even better than expected with the outdoor pool and semi-outdoor bathroom. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend if you are ever visiting Canggu.

Everyone that works there treats you like family. They go above and beyond to assist and meet the needs of the guests. They also accommodate clients requests like I wanted a private dinner with a dance and it was honored, Balinese outfit was also provided for. Beautiful property. Modern conveniences in a classic Bali setting. We had a room with private pool and the room was huge. King bed, indoor/outdoor bath surrounded by water and fish. Mini bar(pay for most items). Breakfast was plentiful it had ala cart and buffet items. Afternoon tea with snacks. Staff was incredible and provided anything you needed. Walkable to the beach and bars and restaurants nearby. Wife loved the Japanese restaurant where we watched the sunset on the roof. Would recommend.
