We fell in love with this beautiful property. The service was spectacular by everyone from the security at the entrance, to the spa staff, staff at the pool, front desk and restaurants. Our room which had a balcony overlooking the Nile was amazing. The room was extremely spacious, clean and just a perfect place to relax. I honestly didn’t want to leave. Everything you need is on the property but super easy to get uber rides to wherever you want to go. I look forward to coming back one day.

Very good. Reception was a little slow and what would normally be a minor issue re room upgrade was more challenging than elsewhere. On the plus side, the shower was fantastic, house keeping excellent, concierge terrific, restaurants very good, breakfast good. The important question would I recommend the Four Seasonns, the answer is yes
