Rooms are thoughtfully designed, everything easily accessible, plenty of outlets. Especially appreciated having a table with two chairs, with plenty of room for two people to either work or eat. Coffee service and mini fridge in custom designed cabinet was very nice. Didn’t use the pool (we were there during a serious cold spell) but it looked nice). Free transportation to the parks and Disney Springs so you have the option to just leave your car in the parking lot for your whole stay (or don’t need a rental if you come by air). There is a food court instead of a restaurant, but the quality is actually quite good, with a variety of options.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Buses run every 30 min, and you get a free pass to Disney typhoon when checking in, so that was a plus. Only down side is that there’s not much availability for late check out, although they allow you to leave your bags in the front and enjoy the hotel amenities after check out. So all in all we had a great time. Kids loved it and I would definitely recommend.

This is a good hotel if you plan to spend a lot of time at the Disney parks. The included transportation is the best perk as well as the magical extras discount you get for booking the hotel as well as the tickets. The staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. The All Stars Music resort is in walking distance and for some rooms, closer than the All Stars Movies transportation station, so we often used the Music's facilities. The food is okay, but a little pricey. The hotel is certainly starting to feel older as a lot of the theming is from much older movies from Disney. The room itself was okay. The bed was nice, but the floors were oddly uneven. Showers were clean but the water pressure was a bit weak.

Pros: -Free Disney Bus transport -Great and delicious food court -Friendly staff -Cleaning staff do a wonderful job Cons: -No food room service -Front desk will not accept your Uber Eats food delivery for you -Laundry facilities closed (right now) -Room walls very thin (you can hear neighbors going to the bathroom). -Bees at the pool area. -You can only watch live TV (for free) Suggestions: There should be a baby play room at all of the resorts. Like the Baby Care Center at the parks. With soft floors, a baby play area, changing tables, movies playing, etc.
