I was very pleased with how nice, spacious, clean and well-presented the executive suite was. And the beach view and access was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the free continental breakfast a treat. For all the food and help I got I really thought breakfast had to cost extra, and was pleasantly surprised to find I was wrong. As far as location, I loved being a touch removed from the busyness of Punte del Este and found that I wasn’t far from Museo Taller de Casapueblo, which I visited when I left. Thanks for a great stay!

Huge mistake-
I was so chocked by the state of the room and lack of service provided by this hotel I returned the key immediately after been showed around by the receptionist and left for another hotel close by.
The rooms are dated, damp and dark. The kitchen oven and the refrigerator wasn’t clean.
The manager and the receptionist were very polite.
This hotel wasn’t really covid compliant, guests were not using masks in the lobby .

Atención del personal súper amables y educados.
Lo único a mejorar es una mejor mesa en el balcón ya que hospedan 7 personas y hay 4 sillas.

Encantador!
Apesar das fotos parecerem muito melhor do que realmente é o hotel, valeu muito a pena me hospedar! Quarto grande, muito limpo, café da manhã super agradável, Wifi excelente, localização e vista da sacada muito privilegiada!
O ponto negativo foi apenas a piscina estar fechada e sem manutenç ão, apenas pelo fato de não ser verão! E descobri por acaso que a primeira sessão na área de SPA é gratuita!
Mas me hospedaria novamente com certeza! Funcionários muito simpáticos!

MUY RECOMENDABLE
La suite ejecutiva frente al mar tiene todo el encanto de la vista e inolvidables atardeceres. Sin embargo, durante la noche puede resultar algo molesto el ruido del tránsito para quienes tienen el sueño liviano, o no están acostumbrados a ese movimiento.
En lo relativo a las piscinas abiertas, aumentaría un par de grados la temperatura para hacerlas mas disfrutables precisamente cuando no se toman baños en la playa.
Los desayunos son variados y abundantes, y el salón es muy práctico y cómodo, y está impecable.
Mejoraría la cantidad y calidad de implementos de cocina disponibles en la kitchenette (vajilla, cubiertos) y agregaría algunos que no están y que son de muy bajo costo. Para estadías de mas de 3 días es imprescindible contar con algún servicio de lavado y secado de ropa de bajo costo para el cliente, que sea sencillo y ágil; para poder disfrutar mejor de la estadía.

Buena experiencia. Me alojé en una suite junior. Los pros (enorme tamaño suite,dos baños, gran terraza, estacionamiento cubierto,hermosa vista, ubicación frente a la playa) superan las contras (mal wifi en habitación, muebles algo antiguos, olores en la cocina, equipamiento cocina escasa). Repetiría la estancia en este apart. Importante estar con auto, propio o alquilado. Pocos comercios de cercanía.

Hotel pobre con un personal de lujo
En general las instalaciones son menos de lo esperado por lo pagado; por ejemplo: el área del hotel donde estaban las habitaciones que nos asignaron no tiene ascensor y tuvimos que subir nuestras maletas por la escalera, el aire acondicionado estaba en un rincón de la habitación y su capacidad para enfriar era claramente insuficiente, el colchón de las camas era extremadamente duro, etc). En el otro extremo, la amabilidad y esmero del personal por ayudarte y hacerte sentir bien es una gran fortaleza. Creo que el precio es exagerado.
