About this apartment
It's a portion of a semi-detached cottage, situated just 700 meters away from the seaside. Located at the end of a tree-lined avenue, the house has a private garden (50 sqm), equipped with wicker armchairs, and a porch with a dining table for 8 people.
On the back of the house, with access from a side gate, there is a large park (which stretches for 500 sqm) and a shared swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September. The pool is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and fence for the children.
Lastly, at guests' disposal an outdoor laundry area.
The main Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena, are easily reachable by car.

Pietrasanta (6 km), Lido di Camaiore (14 km), Viareggio (19 km), Lucca (34 km), Pisa (36 km), Florence (105 km), Siena (174 km), Milan (247 km), Rome (387 km).
Located in an optimal position from which it is easy to reach both the sea, just 3500 m away, and the center of Forte dei Marmi, where you will find everything you need: pharmacies, doctors' surgeries, grocery stores, banks, bars, restaurants and boutiques of the most famous high fashion brands.
The various bathing establishments in Versilia (in the localities of Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for vacationers.
For those who love sports and adventure, in addition to the numerous trekking routes in the nearby Apuan Alps, just a 3-minute drive from the house you will find a beautiful riding school, trails for horseback riding and a large 18-hole golf course.
