Extremely convenient for the airport. We stayed on the premium floor which has a complementary restaurant where we had a quite excellent breakfast.

Great room walking distance from the airport. Pool was nice but it closed too early (8pm!), and promised jacuzzi was nonexistent.

Fantastic location, the Team in the Club Lounge couldn’t have been more helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel

This hotel was just away from KL International airport terminal 1. Easy access, there is a buggy to run you and your bags to & from the hotel. More difficult for us as we came into T2 but they allowed us to store bags until our flight from t1 a few days later. Hotel was nice and lots of facilities with very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and rooms.

Great buggy service to terminal 1. I used Sama Sama as my home base for a 2 day KL stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I have an allergy and everyone was very attentive to ensure safe meals. The train to town is convenient.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. It’s a really good transit hotel for so many reasons. I deeply appreciated that they will use a buggy cart type thing to pick you and your luggage up from the airport and bring you to the front desk. If I had to have walked that it would’ve taken a really long time because of how long the sky bridge is. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed on the lounge floor and while we got there too late to enjoy the lounge cocktail hour, they did serve tea at 11 PM and it was looseleaf which was so wonderful. The breakfast in the lounge was really good too.

Staff were so so helpful and upgraded our room. We had the brilliant buffet in the evening. Transfers to and from the airport via buggy was seemless. The boys loved the upgraded swimming pool.
