Very inviting and lovely clean place to stay. Reception super nice. The extras like free water, tea, biscuits as you walk in is a lovely touch. Being welcome to continue to use the facilities after checkout is also nice. You don’t feel rushed to vacate.

When we got to the room it wasn’t clean, there was half used milk from past clients, dead flies in the bed, mold in the bathroom. Holes plastered up in walls but not finished. Stayed 1 if our 3 nights. Asked for a part refund for the 2 nights we didn’t use. Instead they said we never mentioned the filth. But I did the the lady and the man. We were also above the laundry room which was going all day and night which was very loud. They offered a 1 night refund but we won’t be going back. You can do a lot better for your stay in another property. Wasn’t cheap either.
