Got checked in very quickly. With in walking distance to a restaurant and bass pro. Saw a few iguanas on the walk. The hotel staff was very helpful with the few questions I had and the free shuttle to the airport at 5am was perfect. Saved us an Uber. Our room we booked wasn't available so they upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra charge.

This is definitely a great place to stay if you’re going on a cruise! The location is perfect and very convenient to the cruise terminal. HOWEVER, my biggest complaint was the laundry situation. They have washers and dryers that require coins, but the hotel is cashless and the staff couldn’t provide change. There wasn’t even a coin machine available. So how are guests supposed to do their laundry? I really think they should change the machines to cashless/card-operated machines. That would make things so much easier! Other than that, the location is excellent. The FREE shuttle from the airport to the hotel was AMAZING and super convenient! The shuttle to the cruise terminal, though, is a different story you’re probably better off just ordering an Uber. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again, especially because of how convenient it is for cruising. Just PLEASE fix the laundry situation!
