Amazing stay at My Story Gdynia

First time staying at this hotel but will definitely return to stay here again. Everything about the hotel was amazing and first class, from the spacious rooms with its modern bathroom to the restaurant and the great food. Staff were very friendly, and the room was cleaned daily which was fantastic.

Hotel was ok. Rooms are clean and breakfast was more than satisfactory. My concern is that the place to charge electric car was occupied by a local non electric car. I discussed that issue with staff but without effect. Trough my whole stay the car was blocking the spot. Since I have chosen the hotel knowing that there is a place to charge my electric car the situation was definitely not comfortable. Honestly I will never choose that hotel for that reason.

Nice, new, close to city center, but with faults…

Very nice looking hotel and friendly staff. However… even though everything felt very new a lot of things were not working. AC didn’t seem to work in the room (really warm even though the AC was put running maximum minus),TV channels were not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay (according to reception), fridge was almost warm (we were given ice by the reception as a solution to this) and the upper shower didn’t work (the button was broken).

As expected from a newly built hotel. Nothing to complaining about. - Expensive parning for being a *4 hotel.

While we really liked how the hotel looked, we had a terrible night. While there is a air con setting for heating, it does work so the room felt cold and uncomfortable. What was even more annoying is that, when you open the bathroom door there are ambiental lights turning on both in the bathroom and in the room - that means if you go to the bathroom during the night, the light will turn on in the room as well! It wakes your partner as well so they wait for you to return safely from your bathroom trip. The most stupid system!! They know about it and they say they cannot turn it off

Personal: Las personas de la recepción y del comedor del 7 de junio por la mañana encantadoras. La persona de la recepción de la tarde noche del sábado 6 de junio: No sabría decir si estaba delante de una funcionaria de hacienda o en la recepción de un hotel, francamente muy mejorable, si quiere ser tratar a los clientes como en un ministerio, no debería haber elegido estra en la recepción de un hotel ¡OJO! no se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones del hotel (no hay dónde), prácticamente es necesario usar el aparcamiento del hotel. No gratuito. Añadir 50 pln al precio de la habitación. Gracias por avisar, irónico. ¿"Sleep and regeneration in comfortable rooms"? El hotel está entre las vías de tren una calle con circulación. Si el ruido del tren te ayuda a dormir, perfecto.
