10/10 Exceptional

Exceeded expectations. Awesome location by MRT. Friendly, polished, well-trained staff who were so welcoming. Abundant breakfast and happy hour provisions. Did not hear any construction noise. We stayed during typhoon Champi and had no issues with noise, so I’d say rooms are quiet! Comfy bed, clean rooms and hallways, dining area spotless. Great gem!

10/10 Exceptional

Very kind front desk staff, central location a short block to the mrt, plenty of food nearby (711 and foodmart same block), near a solid playground for kids, breakfast is great, happy hour is nearly a dinner if you're not wanting to leave the hotel. Shower pressure is excellent. We'd stay there again.

Excellent location, breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Top floor is showing some water damage on the walls and has a musky odour. Close to MRT station and shopping.

The service is very sweet and caring. The mattress is a bit soft for me, and the staff tried to help by adding another hard layer on top during house keeping. The next day he checked in on me to see if I slept better with that and honestly it became too hard with that layer 😓. I thought that would be it as they already tried to help. Then I got a call few hours later saying that they found another solution. It is very impressive how they recognize each client’s need and care for them. Highly recommended this hotel!! 5 star!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Life is too short to waste it in a bad place; this is worth staying.
