The service from Phillipe was so good. Hotel had good facilities and food aswell. Really loved the location. There was a little noise from the aircraft’s but it was still far away from the airport and didn’t impact us (didn’t wake us up etc).

No heating option on the A/C

The hotel has a perfect location. Very nice and comfortable room (I took the nonbasic King room). Nice service and very clean. My only complaint is about the A/C. They don't have an option for heating. I had two cold nights that I was freezing in the room. The hotel doesn't have any heater to provide. I don't recommend of this hotel on cold days or if you suffer from cold weather.

The onyl thing I liked about this stay is the location and the breakfast. The room was updated and small. The toilet clogged and instead of moving us to another room they brought in a plunger dragged it all over the room and unclogged the toilet with us there. They didn't even clean up afterward! We didn't even clog the toilet it was stuck when we got there but we were out all day that we didn't get a chance to call it in until we return. Anyway, the breakfast was great.

Sem sombra de dúvidas a equipe da recepção deve melhorar o atendimento ao cliente. Salvo por um funcionário, porque teve um que ao chegarmos disse que não estava na hora do check in ainda, ratificando que chegamos 13:50h (apenas 10 minutos antes). Reservei um quarto melhor, com cama king size e o recepcionista me informou que o quarto que reservei não era o mais moderno e renovado, que eu tinha direito apenas a aquele quarto. Sendo que em nenhum momento eu tinha visto a opção de quartos mais novos e reformados no site. Após algum momento outro recepcionista me atendeu e orientou me cadastrar no site do Meliá. E depois concedeu um apartamento mais alto e com o quarto reformado. Pois os novos ficam em andares mais altos, e alguns ainda são a composição antiga. Só descobri isso pois pedi um upgrade. Meu quarto já era u reservar o quarto com nova

Tenho que dizer que a equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa e me ajudou bastante. Porém a estrutura do hotel é péssima. Não tem ar quente, morri de frio. Quando eu já estava pronta para ir embora na primeira noite, pois não conseguia dormir de frio, a equipe me conseguiu uma estufa que ajudou muito. O chuveiro era muito fraco uma ducha fraquinha . Então só tenho a agradecer mesmo pela equipe e ao Alex Mendonça que foi muito prestativo, me trocou de quarto e tentou me ajudar em tudo! O café da manhã também era bom. Mas no geral o hotel não condiz com a categoria 4*. Chegar no hotel e passar frio pois não tem aquecimento e estava 8º é algo impensável para mim.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, quarto confortável, limpeza ok, o que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento no café da manhã. No primeiro dia que tomamos café cedo não tivemos problema. Mas no segundo dia, que fomos tomar café às 9:30, chegamos e não havia reposição dos produtos, nem pão francês havia, mesmo pedindo para três atendentes. Parecia que não havia interesse em repor os itens, as frutas não eram repostas, não havia pão de queijo…. Inclusive até a reposição da água das 2 máquinas de cáfe eu tive que pedir!!!! É impossível que a administração do hotel não tivesse ciência do número de hóspede e a necessidade de produtos que seriam consumidos, um verdadeiro descaso com os hóspedes. E acrescento, não era por falta de funcionários no café da manhã, contei 3 funcionários que nada faziam se não fossem chamados!!!!
