It is an older hotel, but clean and comfortable. It is rustic in a good way. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice room, comfortable bed. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We asked for a recommendation for an authentic Mexican restaurant and it was exactly what we were looking for.

The room was decorated perfectly for the area. My only suggestion is to make the shower accessible, since it was a handicap-accessible room. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was great. No issues with wifi. We will stay here again when we return to Santa Fe.

10/10 Exceptional

The property and room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was welcoming and helpful, breakfast was good, parking was safe and easy. The only complaint was the the room was very stuffy when we arrived - the air was off so it was stuffy, warm, and a bit musty smelling, it took almost an hour for us to get it comfortable.

I was horribly sick and my doordasher didn’t bring the medicine I ordered to my room upstairs. I called the front desk and asked if they would bring it up to me and they did. Small thing, but meant a lot. Great front desk staff!

The room was clean and maintained well throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well supplied during the entire breakfast hours. Parking was free…which is not the case at many hotel locations. Would happily stay again.

The room fit our needs for our short stay. The room was clean, the parking was convenient. Breakfast was easy to get to, and had plenty of choices with a waffle maker, juice, coffee, cereal, and eggs and sausage with tortillas. There was also a Nescafe machine and water dispenser next to the icemaker in the hallway to the lobby, which was a nice touch as well.
