Napoli is ... busy, the Hotel Suite Ares is in a great location for exploring the city and an easy walk to Centrale and Circumvesuviana train stations.

I really would have preferred to rate this higher because the staff is so incredibly nice; however, there were bugs in the shower, so for that I have to reflect 1 star. Outside of that, the hotel is located near good food and seems to be in a decent location.

Good enough

Good enough hotel just on the outskirts of old town. Don’t expect anything amazing you get a bed too sleep in and a private bathroom. The bed is hard as a rock and the shower is almost unusable thanks to the shower curtain.

Willies in Naples

Simone at reception when I arrived and afterwards was very helpful and interested in my experiences. Nuncio also helped me get some breakfast when I had an early departure at the end of my stay.

Dark, Dingy and Musty

Dark, dingy and smelled musty. Staff was kind. Our bed was very uncomfortable and only one pillow. Our shower flooded and went into the tiny bedroom. Disappointed that the other reviews did not reflect this. We only stayed one night and then were able to change hotels.

If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport and the port, this is the place. The night staff Nunzio was a perfect host. We arrived at midnight and he was very accommodating. Not only was he a great host, he walked us out in front to show us where to get a bite to eat because we were very hungry from our flight. On top of that he made sure we were taken care of with a table at the local shop. I highly recommended this hotel. Thank you Nunzio for everything!

The room and bathroom were quite small. As a taller person, I found the shower difficult to use as it was quite a small space. The sink in the bathroom also dripped water along the siding every time I used it as the finishing was complete along the sink.

I don't know how this hotel can claim to be a 4 star hotel, at best it might be a 2 star. The room itself was no bigger than 8 sqm and to that you can add 4 sqm for the bathroom. It was impossible to shower without touching the shower curtain so small in the shower. Using the toilet you would have the towel from the towel rack in your face. The room at had view into the neighbouring buiding and their aircondioning unit 1.5meters away from the room. For electrivity there is a pin with the key, which did not work unless you litterally stood and hold the pin. As the room was small you could still watch TV but a little inconvenient in the long run. First and last time I have stayed here.

Kein Luxushotel, aber ein sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut englisch. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen was ein Vorteil und ein Nachteil gleichzeitig ist. Es ist alles sehr gut erreichbar, auch Fußläufig, aber wie in jeder großen Stadt gibt es gleich paar Straßen weiter das Übliche Milieu um einen Bahnhof herum. Ich würde dieses Hotel trotzdem jederzeit wieder buchen.

Overall, this hotel was ok. Clean. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. We were told someone from staff would look at it, but didn’t. Our items were lukewarm. Staff was helpful regarding restaurant choices, etc. Room was dark and kind of dingy.

NOT GOOD-- AS SOON YOU ENTER THE HOTELYOU AT NARROW FRONT OFFICE, THERE IS NO LOBBY,NO PLACE TO SIT ...NO RESTAURANT.. ITS NOT GOOD OR BAD BUT THATS WHAT IT IS, THEREFORE ITS NOT 4 STARS..3 STARS PUSHING IT.... FLOORS SEEM TO BE QUITE CLEAN , OTHER MINOR THINGS .. WHEN ASKED DO YOU CHECK THEM CLERK SAID NO WE DEPEND ON FEEDBACKS. GOOD SLEEPING ROOM HOTEL.

Estaba muy preocupada por el hotel ya que es complicado pero supero mis expectativas. Hotel muy limpio silencioso y ademasxen el centro dd tod de la Catedral ,parte antigua ...además para ir a sitio mas lejo hay un autobús que enfrdnte. Tambien muy cerca 20 minutos andando de la estacion de trfnes. Por poner una pega ha sido el desayuno.

Sea View was an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartment was stunning. It appeared as though we were there first tenants. It was bright, airy and immaculate. The view was outstanding and the location could not be beat. Just a 5 minute walk to the train, across the street from shopping and restaurants all around. Amedeo was an amazing host. He could not do enough for us. He provided us with all the info we could want and was extremely gracious. He even carried our bags and arranged for transport to the airport. Overall an awesome experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Sea View.
