Good Stay
The place was nice and clean but the rooms are very small. The main pool was nice but it wasn’t heated and was cold during our stay. Check-in was very quick and efficient.

Excellent place to stay
This is a time share property and they do offer you a chance to take a tour, but they are not pushy about it at all. I politely declined and was never hassled about it at all. Overall, I am so glad I stayed at this property. I had a very comfortable, clean, conveniently located unit. I had a small private balcony and a small kitchen. Parking was right next to my unit. I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip but felt like I was staying at a nice apartment. The pool was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me first start off by saying that this is the second time I have stayed here. It was so nice the first time and I wanted to come back. That was a couple years ago Checkin: Wasn't greeted promptly and wasn't given all the information? Not sure what else I needed but they called the room and asked me to come back down to the front desk for a welcome packet and to possibly set up a 90 min time share meeting. I said no thanks and I didn't. Plus I was given pamphlet with info on checkin/checkout, etiquette etc. Not sure what else I needed. They called back the second day during "NAP TIME" about the time share thing and woke up my son, there are two phones, one right next to his head... Thanks for the cranky toddler.... Maybe I could have done better there. Room was clean but no bedding, no blanket for the pull out bed, Not enough pillows or towels. the usual. Had to call. Bed was very uncomfortable, we stayed 5 nights. You could literally see the indentations, needs to be replaced. Interactions with employees was fair to annoyed, some management issues I would assume.

My partner and I stayed here on a long weekend. Check-in was a breeze, plentiful parking in front of our building, room was pristine. Housekeeping was not available due to COVID and when we called for more coffee and extra towels and they were delivered promptly and we received a followup call to ensure we received them. Pool staff required all guests came in with masks and cleaned chairs after each guest. Room was very comfortable and we look forward to returning with the kids.

Very comfortable
We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, which was more than enough room. It was actually 2 suites combined so we had 2 of everything (kitchen, living room, etc). It was very clean and very quiet. All the supplies we needed were provided. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice, not too crowded.
