What a fabulous hotel! We loved it! Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff who were ever-present but not intrusive. Really made us feel welcome. The hotel is decent and as expected. The pool was better than I expected. They put us in a very cold room and it was situated near the parking lot so I would have liked a better location of the room. Room was smaller than expected. Not sure if other rooms are bigger but I felt short changed on the actual room. The location of the hotel is outside of the main tourist area but that’s not a negative. Bruges is very small and walkable. Staff was courteous and professional.
