Great location in Montreal; close to restaurants, shops and sites. You really are right in the middle of lots going on. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spectacular; beautifully equipped with everything you need for a luxurious stay.

2/10 Poor

The hotel was clean and lovely, but communication between those in charge of guest experiences and those doing renovations is terrible!! Every night we stayed we were awaked before six a.m. by loud construction noise adjacent to our room. The work went on during the day, so napping wasn’t an option. The front desk staff/ supervisor were very apologetic and tried to compensate through kindness but to spend that kind of $$$ on a vacation and be exhausted for three days is unacceptable.

Jonathan the Conceirge was incredibly helpful and so was Mia at the front desk. They both provided incredible help getting around the city and we only made our plane because Jonathan recommended we take a taxi vs. Uber. They also gave us terrific restaurant recos. Highly recommend this hotel which has recently been renovated.
