6/10 Good

Not a thinking man’s hotel. Everything is very pretty, but functionality was nowhere to be found, i.e. all form, no function. And they are really stingy with things like towels and space. Great staff, but would def not stay again. Too bad—could be great!

10/10 Exceptional

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, me and my friends were able to get rooms together. It felt like we had the whole floor to ourselves. I like that every room is unique and decorated nicely, the bed was really comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I really loved this hotel, it looked exactly like the pictures, the roof top pool was great and so was the breakfast. I really felt at home here, I would definitely recommend! Also, the location is close to Provenza and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Amazing staff! So friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The breakfast was delicious- it varied from typical to American breakfast. The best part is that the hotel is in such a centrally located area stepa from Provenza and the boujee high end restaurants behind the hotel as well.
