Staff was very friendly and accommodating, me and my friends were able to get rooms together. It felt like we had the whole floor to ourselves. I like that every room is unique and decorated nicely, the bed was really comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I really loved this hotel, it looked exactly like the pictures, the roof top pool was great and so was the breakfast. I really felt at home here, I would definitely recommend! Amazing staff! So friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The breakfast was delicious- it varied from typical to American breakfast. The best part is that the hotel is in such a centrally located area stepa from Provenza and the boujee high end restaurants behind the hotel as well.

The location is excellent—close to Provenza but just far enough that you don’t hear the nightlife, so you can actually get a good night’s sleep. At the same time, it’s only about a minute away from all the restaurants and party spots, which is a big plus. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which definitely adds to the experience. My main complaint is the breakfast. Having stayed at The Charlee Hotel in Parque Lleras and the Dan Carlton, I expected something comparable. Those hotels offer a much better and more varied breakfast menu. For the price, I think this hotel should offer more than just four repetitive options. A staff member mentioned they used to have a breakfast buffet—honestly, that might have been the better approach.
