Shhhh - this is a wonderful gem and we should all keep quiet about how good it is!! This is a true 5 star resort with all staff carefully trained to cater for all guest needs. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and clean. The food in the various dining rooms is wonderful - especially the full range of breakfast options. Access to the spa is easy and the golf and tennis options are but 5 mins away via courtesy car. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff to make our visit as relaxing and comfortable as they can.

Old school luxury. Pool was lovely and comfortable. Wish they did poolside service, but otherwise it was great. Amazing breakfast buffet. Lovely escape for couples or a solo traveler. Will go back!

This was our second stay at Palacio in the past few years. Absolutely everything about this place is next level exquisite! The staff, amazing and friendly. The feel, historical luxury but somehow without any pretentiousness. Great location, nice walk beside the Atlantic to get from Estoril into Cascais. Breakfast absolutely devine! Great pool that invites you to spend hours relaxing next to it with the backdrop of this beautiful grand old hotel. This place is a must stay if in this area!

City trup as a couple. Hotel is weel located and maintained. a little old fashioned but if this is your type of accommodation, you will love it! With a slight feeling of going back in time (early 1900s), the staff is very well trained and professional.

Everything was great; very kind, friendly and professional employees. Loved the spa. Daily shuttle to the golf course with amazing drivers. The food was not as good since the restaurant was under construction when I was there Feb 11-17, 2025.
