The staff was very nice. I arrived very early and while my room wasn’t ready I could use the spa, had a shower and enjoyed time at the pool while waiting. The breakfast was great, I was looking forward to it every morning.

The staff was amazing although I would note breakfast selections were limited more carbs than I particularly would like as a visiting guest otherwise the rooms were amazing and well kept

Luxury hotel with all the infrastructure you'd expect, including a top-notch spa, swimming pools and workout areas, not to mention the restaurants and bar. Spacious rooms and excellent service complement the experience. Highly recommend.

6/10 Good

Considering the cost this hotel needs a significant upgrade - rooms very tired and lacking in what would be considered basic 5 star hotel amenities - ie. no coffee machine in the room, no wine glasses in room, old towels, stained furnishings. The staff are good and the hotel is OK but very average for the price. On site restaurants disappointed for value. Wouldn’t be my choice in São Paulo but is the largest conference hotel so often don’t get a choice

The reception was friendly. The air conditioner of room was a bit noisy which should be improved. The visibility of water of the indoor pool was not good which raised concern on water quality. Collections and choices of the breakfast was nice which we enjoyed.

Exceptional Stay at Grand Hyatt São Paulo My stay at Grand Hyatt São Paulo was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service in a way that truly exceeds expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standards. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the views of São Paulo added a special touch to the experience. Every detail, from the amenities to the housekeeping service, reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. Their hospitality made the stay memorable. The dining experience was equally impressive, with excellent food quality, diverse options, and outstanding service. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve experienced, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious choices. The spa, fitness center, and pool facilities were superb, providing a perfect balance between relaxation and wellness during my stay. Whether traveling for business or leisure, Grand Hyatt São Paulo delivers a world-class experience. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit to São Paulo. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay.
