The hotel has a business like environment, so if you are on vacation, expect a lot of the guests walking through the corridors early morning and an also elevator traffic around the peak times. Ask for your room to be as far as possible of the elevators or you will end up waking up with the crowd early in the morning due to the noise.

While the hotel was well-located and generally pleasant, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, both in the guest rooms and throughout other areas of the property. Additionally, the front desk staff did not seem particularly helpful or responsive when we had questions, which impacted our overall experience. I also want to note that I paid for a chocolate bar my son took from the minibar, and although the front desk staff member said he would return my change, I never received it.

Cheguei às 11 hs e fiz um pré chekin deixando os dados pessoais lançados, pedi que se pudessse antecipar um pouco a entrada seria bom , pois iria passar por um procedimento médico e voltaria. (Retirada de Duplo J). Quando voltei 14:10 hs a atendente disse que na categoria standard que eu reservei o apto não estava pronto. Me senti discriminada pela forma como ela falou. Abaixei a cabeça e ela disse que iria arrumar um Classic pra mim, perguntei quanto era e parece que ela percebendo o horário e o tratamento que tinha me dado , falou que não iria cobrar. Apto 319 , acho que era o pior que tinha, trava de segurança interna da porta quebrada, muito baixo, ar condicionado barulhento, descarga do vaso ora dava certo outra não. Cheiro de mofo no corredor dos aptos. O café da manhã é muito bom, abusam dos preços no frigobar . Um chocolate velho kit kit 16,00 . Espero não precisar mais me hospedar nesse hotel. Estacionamento a parte.
