6/10 Good

While the hotel was well-located and generally pleasant, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, both in the guest rooms and throughout other areas of the property. Additionally, the front desk staff did not seem particularly helpful or responsive when we had questions, which impacted our overall experience. I also want to note that I paid for a chocolate bar my son took from the minibar, and although the front desk staff member said he would return my change, I never received it.

There was a leakage in the bathroom coming from behind the vase, which made the floor to be constant wet + breakfast didn't have more options for people with food restrictions (lactose intolerant, celiac, etc)

Unfortunately, my wife and I stayed for two weeks in a room that didn't even have any suitable furniture to store our clothes properly, which is why they had to remain in our suitcases.
