Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! We stayed 4 days and 4 nights in July. We purchased the membership package because of how wonderful our experience was. Every staff member was so helpful, including our personal concierge who made our trip so much better. We will be coming back very, very, soon! And we plan on telling everyone we know about Xcaret Arte and the ease of traveling to Mexico (and the excursions offered) with Xcaret.

6/10 Good

I was amazed by the resort & my room was beautiful, but there was a metal object protruding out from the bottom of the couch with I fell and cut my ankle on. One of the beds was permanently sunken in which was not comfortable at all & the sliding glass door didn’t lock. Other than that, my family loved it and plan to go back.

Our stay at Xcaret Arte was amazing. Most of the food was amazing, there’s definitely variety and other restaurants you can go to after if you don’t like the one you ate at. The staff was so kind and helpful. They worked with us to accommodate any changes we requested in itinerary. Having the parks included with transportation provided was a huge plus. The room was amazing!
