From the time we arrived at the front doors until we checked out the staff delivered a amazing customer experience. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Betsy Hotel is a beautiful, boutique hotel right on Ocean Blvd, with a historic feel. The hotel & room was clean, nice bedding, towels, robes & toiletries. Every staff member i interacted with was friendly, helpful, professional. Having 2 pools is a huge bonus.

This charming boutique hotel is a wonderful blend of creativity, elegance, and old-world charm, with beautifully maintained spaces and unique, book-themed decor that gives it so much personality. We loved the thoughtful details and amenities throughout the hotel, which made our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed sipping drinks outdoors, listening to music inside, lounging by the rooftop pool, and spending time reading and swimming at the ocean. Having complimentary beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella made our beach days effortless and relaxing. The rooftop pool was another highlight, offering a lovely place to unwind and soak up the Miami sunshine. The food at the hotel’s restaurant and at nearby restaurants was spectacular, and the hotel’s atmosphere made it just as enjoyable to spend time on the property as it was to explore the surrounding area. We especially appreciated the unique character of the hotel, from its literary touches and artistic details to its inviting spaces for relaxing and enjoying the music. The Betsy is so much more than a place to stay. It is a destination in itself, combining boutique elegance, culture, great food, and the relaxed beauty of South Beach. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room overlooked the street but noise was minimal. Staff was super gracious and everything from rooftop bar/pool to restaurant to bar/music lobby was fun and personable. We had a 12 women family reunion and it was perfect! Could walk to beach, boardwalk, nice restaurants, etc. loved it!
