We had an amazing stay at the Ritz-Carlton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with exceptional service and attention to detail. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, and our room was comfortable, quiet, and luxurious. Every interaction with the team was warm and professional, making our stay feel effortless and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and elegant—the perfect place for a weekend getaway. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back. We had a great time. I really enjoyed all your amenities that people were very, very friendly. Obviously the beach was a big disappointment, but that’s not your fault. We really enjoyed our room and we’re so thankful that you gave us a deck that was facing the ocean. Thank you so much.
