Friendly staff. Cold/warm water in the shower. Terrible mattress. Tiny elevators that work/no work.tv with 3 channels.pretty good location with a 30 min walking to plenty good pubs. Breakfast I gave up on the second day and didn’t take anymore after I tried a watermelon tasting cigarette smoking. Terrible WiFi connection in the third floor. As we don’t stay in the room that much, we didn’t change hotels but I wouldn’t book again.

Ficamos hospedados durante o período de Natal e foi simplesmente perfeito. O hotel está ao lado do Palácio Bradesco e muito próximo de uma praça encantadora, com barracas de comidas típicas de vários países, proporcionando uma experiência única. Além disso, há fácil acesso a lojas, farmácias e ótimos restaurantes. Por ser um hotel mais antigo, o quarto e o banheiro são amplos, confortáveis e bem distribuídos, o que nos surpreendeu positivamente. O café da manhã também foi muito bom, com tudo o que é necessário para começar o dia bem. Com certeza, uma ótima escolha para quem busca boa localização, conforto e um toque de história.

quarto ok mas o chão estava sujo, ao pisar descalço sentia-se sujeiras. banheira de hidromassagem em pessimas condições, pintada por cima, com a tinta descascando e completamente inutilizável, o que é um absurdo tendo em vista que eu escolhi a acomodação por conta disso. Café da manhã mediano, Yogurte mistirado com água pra render. Cartão do quarto desmagnetozava todas as vezes que saia da pprta do hotel, a solução era ou magnetizar a cada saída, ou deixar na recepção, o que não me parece a opção mais segura. Eletromedicos antigos e em mau estado, ar condicionado com cheiro forte e danificado por fora. TV e de baixa qualidade. De forma geral, foi uma estadia bem medíocre para o valor pago.
