This hotel is lovely and is in a good location. The rooms are small but clean and good amenities however you can literally hear everyone’s door slamming shut on your floor, which starts from early on, therefore disturbing your sleep. The food is mediocre and the service is actually shocking. We went for a meal and had to get our own menus then some of the food wasn’t available so my burrato salad got changed to goats cheese and it was around €18 for 1 small round piece of goats cheese and a plate of tomatoes. The food came in bits and we had to wait for drinks, which arrived about 15 mins after the food. Which we had actually finished by this point. We ordered more drinks and asked for the same again. A girl came over with the drinks and they were wrong. She shouted at us “you just ordered wine” it was ridiculous how she spoke to us. I told guest experience and she came down and gave us a bottle of complimentary wine which took the edge off the bad experience. The food was way over priced and cold. The whole experience was terrible. At breakfast half of the waitresses were miserable and didn’t smile. Some of the staff were really lovely though, mainly the waiters. It’s a shame as it’s such a lovely hotel but sadly won’t be returning or recommending.

Absolute paradise, worth every penny. We’ve just returned from a stay at Barceló Illetas Albatros and we’re already missing it. This adults-only gem sits right on the water, and the views are nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is spotless, and you can tell great care is taken in maintaining every corner. Our room was spacious, beautifully quiet, and the bedding was a dream, some of the most comfortable pillows and duvets we’ve ever had in a hotel. We slept better here than we have in months. Food exceeded expectations too – fresh, flavourful, and with plenty of choice. But what really stood out was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, warm, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They made us feel welcome from check-in to checkout. The wellness area with the spa, heated pool steam room and sauna were an added bonus. As well as the DJ playing great music at a reasonable hour on Sunday afternoon to create the perfect summer atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was expansive to say the least, an excellent variety of options with a great view of the ocean. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality adult-only escape right by the sea, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.

The resort was spectacular!! The ocean view room was amazing, waking up to the sunrise everyday. The spa area is great and the pool and infinity view are amazing. The staff was stupendous, they helped with anything that was needed. Rooms were very clean. The buffet breakfast was great. Overall experience was one of the best I have had in my travels!!

Beautiful quiet location that is only a 20 min bus ride into Palma. Property has stunning views from its rocky outcrop into the sea. Above ground pool PLUS a heated pool underground. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Treat yourself!

The hotel where the sunrise was great.

It was located about 30 minutes away from the center of the city, so I was able to relax quietly and comfortably. Breakfast is very delicious and sunrise is also cool. Check the departure time and admire the wonderful appearance. I want to visit again.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is all very friendly and professional. We had a junior suite with a great view of the sea and very comfortable king size bed. The breakfast buffet is amazing and has such a great selection of foods. My only complaint would be that the Spa pool and jacuzzi were quite cold in temperature, especially when we had a cold and rainy afternoon.

We had a lovely stay in mid-October. The room was nice, with a big, comfortable bed. We would have preferred a completely separate bathroom rather than the modern glass-style installation, but after many years of marriage, it was fine. The view was fantastic. Outside, the pool area was excellent, with a saltwater pool and direct access to the sea — clear, warm water even in October. The pool restaurant was very good, and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, juices, and drinks. The hotel is close to great restaurants and Platja Illetas — a beautiful beach with comfortable sunbeds, bars, and restaurants. We will most certainly be back.
