This place is conveniently located, and comes with a sensible price tag.
But the staff isn's always up to par.
Their attitude at check-in was indifferent, to say the least. There wasn't really a greeting – the most urgent matter seemed to check my ID.
The attitude from the staff at front desk changed between indifferent, effective, nice and warm to indifferent again.
DWO... you've got some training to do.
I should add that the cleaners were always cheerful and did never fail to greet you (also – they did a good job –the room was always clean).
The hotel had only one working elevator, which turned into a nuisance.
Breakfast wasn't consistent. Some days, it lacked what was offered yesterday.
And little things... like having to replace my keycard twice during a three-night stay. Such thing puts a dent in the experience.
Still; it's a hotel that offers you a good location for a decent price. So, dear hotel management, I'm not expecting anything top notch.
But a cheerful hello upon check-in, or when you pass the front desk, will not cost you anything.
