good hotel, though a bit expensive compared to other hotels nearby. Missing a couple of things -- e.g. no iron (I know this is the thing to do in spain, but it's still quite annoying), they missed a wake-up call, etc. But overall quite clean, good rooms. I recommend ear buds as the cleaning staff is loud when in nearby rooms.

Nice hotel for a good price
Wonderful hotel in a nice location. Beautiful pool area. Nice rooms. The pillows are a bit hard and flat for our taste, but otherwise very comfortable. Great value as well.

The hotel is not located in the center city which is where we wanted to stay. The hotel has a nice pool area for relaxing on a hot day. First night we were in a older room not what we saw in the website. The hotel staff did switch our room the 2nd night to a modern room, which was very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the room service! The staff was very helpful. You have to take a cab to Alhambra & Resturants at night. If that is not an issue I would recommend

    Bed bugs
It was an absolutely disgusting hotel.the bathroom smelled horrible and the decor was completely outdated. The carpet smelled of mildew and when I pulled the covers back there was a bug in the bed. I didn’t get an ounce of sleep as I spent the rest of the night packing bags to leave as soon as possible.
