"This beautifully renovated building is over four hundred years old. Highly recommended as a base for exploring Sousse. Helpful staff, incredibly clean and welcoming spaces. Great vibe."

"It is simply AWFUL. According to Expedia the hotel is 4*. In reality it is a low 2 stars. In dire need of maintenance...building and housekeeping. Very BASIC Reception staff were helpful. But NEVER EVER GO TO THE night venue. The Security staff are SIMPLY WILD AFRICAN BEASTS: unmarrened, very violent, and judgemental. Please avoid this dreadful place. It was not like this a few years ago. That is why I advise anyone seeing the ad on Expedia or any other site to read this comment before selecting"

"The quality of some foods could be better. Some of them was not fresh. Buffet Dinner in the restaurant does not worth. Very beautiful sea view! Comfortable and large room."

"Bedding was not clean full of hair General condition poor"

"So much noise in most areas of the hotel such as heavy broken service doors used frequently by staff causing loud noise every minute, construction works and unscheduled maintenance using heavy machines that causing huge level of noise too. The room phones are NOT working too so you can’t call the reception to report any noises or any emergency. Moreover, the security staff at main road entrance and hotel gate are very rude and don’t treat residents with respect at all. Plus not allowing many of the taxis to enter the resort therefore every time you wanna get in or out of the resort you need to walk on foot for a few minutes."

"Nice hotel i recommend "

"I spent just 4 days here but as the weather was bad and my room had no windows I moved to an Airbnb in Sousse down by the beach run by Amel the price was the same but the view from my balcony straight out to sea was the very best and the host is kindness itself if you are nice to her she will teach you to cook Tunisian food and show you around Sousse, breakfast on the balcony watching the world go by is a very fond memory even now and she will recommend places to go. Being there made my holiday very special and I highly recommend you go there. https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/1497794711907728040?check_in=2026-06-14&check_out=2026-06-21&guests=1&adults=2&s=67&unique_share_id=c760f484-1247-4c31-8f23-a774abb5f735"

"It was good"

"The room was spotless. The staff A++. The art and decor museum quality. And the restaurant next door which they recommend was fantastic. Most of my Tunesia travel was disappointing, But not this hotel. It could not have been better"
