My first reservation with hotel.com
This was a hard one to rate because in some ways it was disastrous. As I was checking in and one of the two rooms I reserved was “missing “ the fire alarm went off. The desk manager was amazing. Running in several different directions he was still attentive to my issue and remained friendly courteous and upbeat. Eventually all was resolved but he never really lost his cool.

Clean
It was clean and not to far from Cedar Point Amusement Park. The hotel is new so it has all the bell's and whistles...but breakfasts is not good due to Covid-19.

Was a newer property. Was clean in room. but was havin issues with credit cards charged me 3 times as well as my friend and then said card was declined. Also had a base ball team there loud noise. Doors opening and closing all the time. Other than that not bad. I guess i expected more from Hilton.

Our service upon check in was great. The employee at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room looked great but upon further inspection it didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned. When we got to the shower, there was a big wad of hair on the wall. Also, of the beds had crumbs on the sheets when the covers were pulled back.
