It was an amazing experience staying at Mélia Resort, loved the location (a few minutes walk from Malioboro st.), the attentive and halpful staff, the garden and pool with the waterfall, the bar that offered alcoholic beverages (that's pretty rare here in Java...), the clean and spacious rooms with bathtub, overall everything. I'd definitely chose this hotel again if I come to Djogja.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in! The staff go above and beyond, The amenities are amazing, I like that they have the transportation desk to hire a car and driver, on-site wellness spa (great massage) a seperate bar that do great cocktails, a tour desk and so much more. The room was superb, big and spacious with comfy beads and quality toiletries. But the star of the show would be the breakfast buffet, that is something else! So much choice and delicious food, the girls on the egg and soup station were so helpful in regards to my allergy. I miss this hotel already!
