They provide only Indonesian food for breakfast, we ended up having only bread. Its not hurt to make at least one international dish that everyone can eat like egg. Not worth it paying for room with breakfast. At 10am on our last day, we heard loud noise sound from vacuum for about 30min. There is hair under my bed, smelly towel.pn my first day there is foot stain on my bed and the staff immediately change the bed cover after I complaint. No safebox, no window for superior room. They are not responding to email as before I get here I email 3 times to ask about airport transfer. Not going to come back to this hotel, and not going to recommend it.

No windows and the bathroom smells really bad due to mold. Front desk day staff couldn't help me with any information. They were just laughing... I guess they are used to have tourist.
