This is the third time I've stayed at a Viajero Hostel and it has always been a pleasant experience. This location has a cool lobby and patio area where you can hang. The room was as expected, I appreciate that they have women-only rooms. Bring a lock to securely store your luggage in the room! I love that the front desk is 24/7 and I found all the staff to be extremely helpful.

Shared room of 4, room was just fine, everything about that part was great. Staff however were terrible and communication between them and the housekeeping and other workers seemingly non existent. If you’re not dealing with the exact same person each time you make inquiries or ask for something forget avout anything being done. They also really need to work on their English, only two of the staff are able to communicate well in English.
