The staff were efficient and kind. Everything went quickly with check in. The room was clean and cool. There was a strange sound from one of the lamps that scared us. And the ice machine on our floor was broken. Great quick stay overnight before a cruise. Within a quick uber drive from both the airport and the port. 30 minutes is quick (I’m from LA).

My family had a great experience this last weekend. The service was excellent especially with the front desk clerk Sean. I booked separate reservations through hotels.com and he helped resolve the check in check out process seamlessly. Also my wife left her medication inside the refrigerator after we had left. The staff turned it in to the front desk and Ariana held it refrigerated until someone picked up. Thank you team! Keep up the good work.
