This place was amazing! One of the best we have stayed in Italy. Modern, clean, amazing location, check in was flexible and service great! They have recommended rations of restaurants and things to do on a map of the city! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Everything was excellent and room was big!

Absolutely loved our stay at Pala Suites and we would definitely stay again if we were back in the area - lovely large two storey room with balcony right in the historic centre of Naples, perfect location for loads of great restaurants and very close to all the attractions! I couldn’t believe how quiet the room was considering you are in a very busy area and the room was overlooking the street! Room was very clean! We appreciated the coffee machine and whilst there is not breakfast included, there are lots of places nearby to grab breakfast! The only minor thing was that if you have a shower at a busy time in the morning, the water could go a bit hot and cold! Pretty much perfect in every other way though!

Large unit 2 stories beautiful large windows and balcony and high ceilings. Right in the heart of tons of people restaurants and action. Wonderful check-in man was helpful and kind. Very strong Smell of garlic right in our unit our whole stay from restaurant underneath us. The units above us were incredibly loud til wee hours of the morning due to dragging furniture...thumping shoes on the ceiling (their wood floor) but what can you do....other apartments above...barking dogs which we have discovered is a common thing in Italy and owners in multiple cities have no care or discipline about dogs barking so we weren't surprised to hear it at this property as well. It's part of travelling lol. Enjoy Naples.

When we first walked up we weren't sure what to expect. It was a little hard to find and it was on the 3rd floor of a residential and office building that has a courtyard with a business in it. The entrance is not on the street. We had to ask someone on the street where it was once GPS told us we had arrived. Unfortunately when we arrived, the elevator wasn't working so we had to lug 5 suitcases and our shoulder bags up 3 flights of stairs (7 sets of stairs). It also made us weary of using the elevator the rest of the stay so going up and down 7 sets of stairs was a bit rough, especially after walking 20,000+ steps a day. All that said, it was a wonderful stay. The staff was very kind and helpful and the owner, Bruno, was even more so. He talked my husband through a whole map of Naples and where to go and personally made sure to book us a taxi on our departure date, which happened to be on Easter Sunday and even met us on that date to ensure our taxi arrived. We stayed in the Guantai Room and are a family of 4 with kids ages 11 and 14. It was an adorable room, super comfortable, extremely spacious and exceeded our expectations. Since my son is 14 and nearly 6' ft tall, we had to have the couch pull out into a bed. We paid an additional one-time fee of 40 Euros for this, but it was worth it. The bed was Queen size and very comfortable. Great location, too. We would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Unterkunft im Centro Storico. Wir hatten das Zimmer Nilo. Ich würde beim nächsten mal eines der anderen Zimmer nehmen, weil sie größer und vom Design noch schöner und gemütlicher sind. Die Lage ist zentral, schlafen nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Dann ist es sehr ruhig. Alles ist gut erreichbar . Restaurants direkt auf der gleichen Straße. Alles in allem : man ist mitten drin und kann das neapolitanischen Leben Life miterleben. Der Besitzer Bruno ist sehr nett und hat uns gute Tips für Eden Aufenthalt gegeben.

Tolle Unterkunft inmitten der Altstadt!

Tolle Unterkunft inmitten der Altstadt Neapels! Luftig hohe Räume, bequemes Bett, grosses Badezimmer mit angenehm grosser Dusche und ein kleiner Balkon, um dem Treiben in der Gasse von oben zuzuschauen. Alles sehr sauber und gut funktionierend! Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich und konnte gut Auskunft über die nähere Umgebung erteilen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
