When we first walked up we weren't sure what to expect. It was a little hard to find and it was on the 3rd floor of a residential and office building that has a courtyard with a business in it. The entrance is not on the street. We had to ask someone on the street where it was once GPS told us we had arrived. Unfortunately when we arrived, the elevator wasn't working so we had to lug 5 suitcases and our shoulder bags up 3 flights of stairs (7 sets of stairs). It also made us weary of using the elevator the rest of the stay so going up and down 7 sets of stairs was a bit rough, especially after walking 20,000+ steps a day.
All that said, it was a wonderful stay. The staff was very kind and helpful and the owner, Bruno, was even more so. He talked my husband through a whole map of Naples and where to go and personally made sure to book us a taxi on our departure date, which happened to be on Easter Sunday and even met us on that date to ensure our taxi arrived. We stayed in the Guantai Room and are a family of 4 with kids ages 11 and 14. It was an adorable room, super comfortable, extremely spacious and exceeded our expectations. Since my son is 14 and nearly 6' ft tall, we had to have the couch pull out into a bed. We paid an additional one-time fee of 40 Euros for this, but it was worth it. The bed was Queen size and very comfortable. Great location, too. We would definitely stay here again!
