Firstly, it would have been useful to get some instructions for parking in the town which is extremely difficult, especially for overnight stays as the car parks we saw only sold tickets for the current day, requiring...

"Family run small hotel sandwiched between a heavy traffic motorway and a lovely seaside walk, offers comfortable and roomy duplex rooms hosting up to four. Facilities are basic but solid, with a small swimming pool facing the rooms as a premium. Staff is young and friendly, albeit a bit improvised in what seems to be a newly open activity. Good value as compared to other very expensive fancy hotels nearby. "

Friendly staff at front desk. Good beach café and good restaurant. House keeping was a little disorganised. The bed wasnt made into two singles upon arrival, but they fixed it at night upon request. We needed a few items from the complementary room list (eg. sewing kit) but they were apparently all out....

"Love love loved this hotel and its amazing staff! The location, just out of the touristic old town, is perfect. You can slip right off the terrace into sea. There are lovely sun loungers sea side - a perfect spot to sit and watch the many boats and bathers bobbing in the bright blue sea. The included breakfast was fantastic. There were local delights like home made cheeses, bread and jam. We were given a welcome champagne. The hotel rooms were comfortable with fluffy beds and ice cold air...

"Gorgeous property! Lovely room that was clean and comfortable. Outside had many different seating areas to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace or sit out and lounge by the water. It’s about a 45 minute walk into old town Kotor and Ubers are not available (taxi only) so keep that in mind but it was phenomenal and the hosts were very kind."
