Hotel Villa Duomo, Kotor
perfect location
fantastic location, right in the middle of the old city but easy to find. Breakfast was very good and everyone was very kind and helpful.

I booked this hotel and was put in the attic. I didn't ask for the attic, but the person at reception said "that is what you booked." I did? I looked at the description at and the word 'attic' was never mentioned. And the six photos? Not one of them showed a bed you had to crawl into like a coffin or smash your head against the concrete beam, nor gave the impression that you had to duck your head or crack it against the slanting beam every time you came down from the cave bed. Yes, let me repeat, after climbing up to the bed, you had to crawl under a huge beam that was between the top of the bed and the very short ceiling. It was like crawling into a cave each night, and each night I smashed my head against the beam, either getting into bed or out of it. And of course the stairs down to the main floor were also under a very steep narrowing beam. So I smashed me head against that beam as well. In the bed, out of the bed, up the stairs, down the stairs- bam, bam, bam. They should give each guest a bottle of motrin, band aids, and a hockey helmet! But first they need to change their misleading advertising, write the word 'attic', and take pics that actually represent what the room is. As I have commented before, whoever designed this room should be forced to live it in.

Loved it - friendly service, beautiful rooms inside an old palazzo that have undergone a class renovation.

Loved it, breakfast is lame
Beautiful hotel, great room and bed, location is near the best restaurants and bars, but the breakfast is lame for 130€/night, beautiful breakfast terrasse though. Breakfast was either cold cut meats, omelette, fresh fruits, breads, coffee and juice. But the quality was like any teenager could pull off
