    An amazing experience. A refuge of cool tranquility at the end of a chaotic day. The staff here is outstanding. Within a short time people were addressing you by your last name and making you feel like an honored guest. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to all comers.

    I've stayed at Raffles Le Royal three times over the last ten years, it never loses it's charms- it's is a rare gem of a hotel that combines excellent service with a beautifully preserved historic property. the beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by large trees, is my favorite part. Thanks to the fantastic staff for making our visits so special!

    The detail was excellent! Fresh and expensive flowers in the room and nice decor inside each guest room, lobby, etc. The hotel is definitely up to its five star rating.     Building is older and is a landmark; shows a lot of history. However, if you want to stay with a bunch of tourists then this is the spot. Way overpriced for a tiny room. The population that stayed seemed a bit older (in their 50s - 60s+) so don't come expecting a party.
