A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Everything was clean and of a high standard, with a great sea view. It was lovely to be able to swim in the sea, and the pools were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and many new items every day. The best part was the man who made fresh omelettes daily, increadibly service-minded, smiling and friendly. Second time at this hotel, and be back - love everything with it. Close to lovely restaurants and bus 9 to the airport.

Well presented Hotel, with lovely Pool Gardens and Public areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location, short walk into Funchal. Only negative was that the room was sometimes noisy, as there was an inter-connecting door, so we could hear the people in the next room. Would recommend.
