Fantastic stay. Loews Miami Beach was perfect for our family, great amenities and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels on our trip and this was by far the best. The rooms and grounds were all well maintained and clean. Staff very courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time. The room was huge (we were in a standard double) and the free bike rental was a really nice touch. We rode on the boardwalk and Ocean Drive.

Nice hotel in a decent location. Room was clean and spacious and we had partial ocean view. Although check in is late (4pm) we were able to get our room at 2pm. Annoying that you don’t even get free water though and parking was expensive.

I felt property was kept clean and in good condition. I did not use pool area so no comment. My room on 12th floor was pleasant and comfy. The buffet was elegantly displayed and food was good. Concierge was helpful in charging cell for me.

Great stay at Loews before our cruise. The pool and beach were lovely and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a twin room which was two queen beds and my daughter had one bed while my wife and I the other. Bit tight in the bed for two adults so I think I’d book a different room configuration for three people if I stayed again. The resort fee is probably a usual Miami thing but it was a little unexpected. All in all the costs mounted quickly but I guess that’s what to expect on Miami Beach.

Disappointed. If you want luxury and service stay elsewhere. Rooms are nice. Don't bother paying for UG to balcony Seaview it’s a partial - The extras like paddle-boarding are a one hour time slot with no flex. I had a credit for room as VIP which was not honoured. The facade is good if that’s what you’re looking for.
