This was the best choice for our stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was great, the breakfast was so amazing, and it is close to shopping. We loved our stay. We had three of us and we each had a single bed. It worked out perfectly.

Really great hotel overall. Bathrooms on the room maybe need a refresher. Very helpful stuff. Great and fast valet parking service. They have your car nearby, that makes it really convenient and they also have a garage available. Breakfast is great with lots of options in a buffet. They also have a restaurant that I didn’t try. All the facilities are really well maintained like the pool. I loved this hotel. I would 100% stay there again.

This place was fancy. The room was very clean and the staff was polite. I only stayed here one day but I took advantage of the breakfast which had tons of delicious options to eat.

Staff is great! They need to do better with cleaning! Mold in the bathrooms ( I stayed in different rooms )

8/10 Very good

I love staying at Ouro Minas Hotel, but while the breakfast is great and the cleanliness is good, it used to be better. The bathrooms really need an upgrade — there’s nowhere to place anything inside the shower. The soap holders are quite old. I understand the hotel is older, but it definitely needs some renovation.

8/10 Very good

The room temperature was perfect. The breakfast selection was impeccable. WIFI was not so stable, and the plugs were not international. The hair dryer is not FOR LADIES with long hair. The staff is not well trained, and nobody was nice enough to help me with my luggage. So UPS and DOWNS, but it could be perfect.
