Shout out to Ivan, Lobby Ambassador for his continuous courtesy and assistance throughout my stay. Hotel is in a prime location on border of downtown core and Chinatown with a convenient MRT blue line station right across the street. Rooms, while not large, are comfortable enough given the price. Sky Pool is lovely, but could benefit from a staff person supervising lounge chairs and keeping the area tidy.

This hotel was our first of many whilst travelling through South East Asia and on to Vietnam.. and what an experience! From the moment we checked in, until the moment we checked out, this hotel went over and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. Within good walking reach to most major attractions in Singapore, this hotel was our favourite of the whole trip. The view from the room was spectacular, from the pool and gym too! I liked the tea amenities that came with our room, it made the stay extra special - the teas tasted amazing! This trip was our honeymoon celebration and this hotel kicked things off to an unforgettable start! Thank you!

We had an amazing time at this location. The room itself cannot be beat, the pool and the spa are well maintained and offer a spectacular view of the city. The location is ideal, a few steps away from Lau Pa Sat. We slept like babies in the ultra comfortable bed. Would highly recommend without hesitation, this was one of the highlights of our vacation.

Perfect hotel for a five day business trip. Great location for getting around to meetings and walking to dinner in the evening. The gym is well designed with a range of workout options.
