This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel design is remarkable. The breakfast (which came with the room) is outstanding! We wanted to look around the neighborhood but we never wanted to leave because we loved it so much! The bed and pillows are so comfy. They clean your room twice a day! The staff is so sweet and kind. The rooftop suite came with only a very small rooftop area and the artwork in the room was slightly disturbing (woman being smothered by mattresses, another with eyeballs popping out of head) but otherwise nice design-forward hotel with good service.

Love this hotel. The service is amazing, the amenities are beautiful and the room was so spacious and the bathroom was massive. They stocked the mini bar with various spirits to use to make cocktails for free and already had a nice big bucket of ice built in to the cabinet. The restaurants were delicious and the pool are is really pretty. The only issue was the rooftop bar was closed for a private wedding at the same time that they had a ticketed event for the beach club. That was pretty annoying considering the price you pay for a hotel like this in Bali. If it weren’t for that it would have been a perfect stay.

This beach front resort was well beyond expectations. The resort is super clean, the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and the beach front pool and palapas to relax under for breakfast and lounging at the pool were heavenly. The room was perfect for our family of three. The staff are the 5 stars but the hotel itself didn’t offer buffet breakfast and breakfast was average, the ocean view room is not very practical for girls to get ready as the light are dark and not have big mirrors, I think the garden rooms are better and cheaper, overall is a nice place for the price specially if you like potato head beach club

Amazing resort. Fantastic room, beautiful pool and great food. I stayed a lot of nice high end places during my years of travel. I would say this place is tops all. I received the best service ever. The only down side is that this place is rather far from Bali airport and shopping districts. Yes taxi/Grab are available but the traffic congestion is unreal. On the other hand, if you are looking for peaceful / stay in resort vacation, this is it.
