Overall, the hotel stay was pleasant with a good location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The service was smooth and comfortable throughout the stay. However, the buffet breakfast was slightly disappointing as the variety was limited and some of the cooked food was not served hot. It did not feel like good value for the price paid.

The room was clean and the building was wonderful, great location. What I will say is that it's misleading to have the pool as the main image considering it's not part of the accommodation cost and needs to be paid separately. It's paid per use, not per day - and nearly 40$ per use. If you're choosing this accommodation because the image of the pool lured you in like I did, just know that! Otherwise the hotel is wonderful.

Hotel was situated in a good location with metro station access via the mall. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate with quite a bit of variety. My only complaint is a staff member working in the restaurant who would not give me a peppermint tea bag to bring to my wife in the room because she was not feeling well. We have as already pre paid for the buffet for the length of our stay. I had to speak to a manager/supervisor in order to get it. I expected better from a 5 star rated hotel.

For a 5-star hotel, the room and hotel building itself did not meet expectations. The room was outdated, with repairs and maintenance in the room visible and left me with the feeling of old and dirty. The hallways stunk. We stayed on the 20th floor and the elevators took a long time because it was servicing other floors (businesses) to non-guests. The only nice area was the lobby to walk through. The location was good since it had direct entry to the mall. The staff were great too.

Fantastic location, excellent staff with great customer mindset, room with functional amenities. Indoor connection to the subway and the dept stores. Navigating back to the hotel from the store is quite a challenge. The signage is poor, especially when the dept store is closed, many signages pointed to closed access. Otherwise, hotel is well situated with countless dining option outside the building, and a nearby laundromat is only 5 mins walk away. Not cheap but well worth the price. We used this as base to travel around the attractions in Busan, using combination of taxi, bus and subway. We also travel to Jeonju using the subway and express bus. Appreciate the superb and convenient location.
