First timer in Miami... excellent choice for hotel stay. The hotel and room was top tier, spacious, and clean. The service was warm, welcoming, and consistent throughout the stay. Last but not least location was centralized to our itinerary where we could walk or take a quick uber due to the hit/miss with the rain. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Beds very firm, if thats type then they are perfect for you. We had a drink at the bar. The waitress had a sneezing fit but failed to clean her hands before handling the bill which wasnt ideal. Great location and parking for $30 per night nearby. Didnt eat at the hotel.

Loved our stay at the Marlin Hotel! Get the charm of the art deco flare with the modern upgrades to the rooms. One block away from the beach and the hotel provides free beach chairs and umbrellas for those beach days. Being guests there will also give you a 15% discount on food & beverages with the lobby's Italian restaurant Osteria Positano which was delicious. Since they don't have an onsite parking lot, no fear since they will direct you one block over to G3 Miami Beach Public Parking garage that will allow you to have multiple overnight parking at $20 a day. With the super friendly staff, wonderful restaurant, ideal location, amenities, parking convenience, and super competitive costs, this place made our family of 4 visit wonderful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Miami Beach!!!

We love the Marlin. It’s a clean and comfy boutique hotel with a great location. We stay when we go to Gianni restaurant at the Versace mansion. Just a block away. An easy walk! John was very helpful at the hotel check in and out.

We arrived and there was nobody at the front desk. We had to get the restaurant staff to hunt down the clerk. We asked for our room to be cleaned the next day, it was not. You cannot call their number and talk to a live person. Instead, they direct you to leave a msg, only then to tell you that the mailbox is full then disconnect you. This happened several days before and several times during our trip. This was not the experience I was hoping for in South Beach to begin our honeymoon. The hotel itself is beautiful and the restaurant very good, albeit overpriced.

The staff was really great. John checked me in and was very helpful and thorough and kind. The location is amazing, right down the street from the beach and not far from the convention center, which is where my event was for the weekend.
